·          Check for viruses!  Making sure your virus protection is up to date and running a complete scan of your computer may catch some sneaky viruses and other malware that may be slowing you down.

·          Delete old files.  Keep your hard drive clean from digital clutter by deleting old files and emails that you don’t need.  Be sure to defragment your hard drive after file clean-up for optimal performance.

·          Blow out the pipes.  Opening up your PC’s case several times a year to blow out the dust and debris that collects on the inside can help prevent hardware failures and increase the longevity of your PC.
