Our team uses Splashtop SOS software to provide remote support for our clients. Splashtop SOS differs from other remote access products in that it is a reactive, permission-based support tool. No permanent software is installed on your PC/device.
ICS Solutions support engineers can only remotely access a customer’s PC with that customer’s explicit permission which must be granted each time a customer requests support.
